  2. Take 1 cup peas

  6. Prepare 1 inch Ginger julienne
  7. Make ready 2-3 green chilies slit
  8. Get Handful coriander leaves (chopped)
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp vegetables oil
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  13. Take 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  14. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Prepare 1 tsp whole spice powder (garam masala)
  16. Make ready 1 small cube of butter
  17. Get as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Keema Matar Masala:
  1. In a deep pan or kadhai heat oil and add sliced onion sauté till translucent then add chicken mince, mix it well and leave for some time.
  2. When chicken mince changes its color to white then add ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste, cover cook 2-3 minutes. now add all the powder spices to the kadhai mix well, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Then add tomato purée sauté for 2 minutes add green peas to kadhai mix well cover and let it cook till oil separates on medium-low flame.
  4. Later add chopped coriander leaves, some sliced green chilies, julienne ginger, and cube butter give it toss then add 1/2 cup water or as per required consistency, check the seasoning, cook for another 5- 6 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add a pinch of garam masala to give the final touch, voila Keema matar masala is ready, serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
