- Add onion and ginger garlic paste fry till light pink in colour
- Now add qeema in it fry till.colour change
- Now add matar in it and tomatoes
- Mix well and cover with lid for tomatoes get soft
- After 2 to 3 min add all spices in it and bhuofy well
- Now Add water and cover with lid to cook completly
- When matar and qeema cook completly put green chillies and fry more
- Garnish with Julienne ginger and coriander leaves
- Now serve with nan or chapati
