- Take a wok add oil, sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and qeema. Add 2 cups of water and cook until done.
- When qeema is done then add lauki and boiled chana daal and all spices.
- Cook on high flame till oil comes out now cover for 10 minutes on low flame.
- In a fry pan add oil and brown the onions, then add cumin seeds, green chillies and coriander leaves and pour this tarka on the daal.
- Tasty louki qeema daal fry is ready to serve.
