- Prepare 500 gm mince(beef,mutton,chicken)

- Prepare 2 tomato (sliced)

- Take 1/2 cup peas
- Take 1/4 cup corn(boiled)
- Take 1/2 cup oil
- Take 1 cup +3 tbsp water
Makkai Ki Roti - Makkai ki roti is eaten in winters with saag of sarsoon, palak, qulfa and etc. Makkai Ki Roti - Sift the maize flour and salt. Add the ghee, fenugreek leaves, and red chilli powder, mix well.. Matar Qeema " Keema Matar " مٹر قیمہ اسپیشل ریسپی.

- Heat the oil and add cloves, cumin, cinnamon, and pepper corn,saute for a minute then add onion and let it brown.
- Now add beef mince cook for 2 minute then add ginger, garlic powder and spices…
- Mix well and add water(3 tbsp) cover for 5,7 minute
- Then add tomato,green chilli and water (1 cup) mix well cover it and let it cook until tomato & mince get soft and tender.
- Now add peas,corn mix nicely and cook for 10 mintue.
- After 10 minute add bell pepper,mint coriander leaves
- Mix well and cook on high flame un till oil will separate from it.
- Qeema,Makkai,Matar is ready,Try at your home and enjoy.
