  1. Wash methi leaves properly. Drain it and chopped leaves and keep a side. Then par boiled leaves with haldi powder and salt. Once it is done. Drain the water and cool it. Transfer to a bowl. Combine gram four, haldi powder,chopped onion, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, crushed ajwain and a little oil.
  2. Mix….well. Knead a smooth dough and make lemon size ball. Apply oil in kofta and keep aside. Meanwhile preheat air fryer for 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Arrange the koftas batch wise in air fryer basket. Don't over crowd. Bake for 200 degree C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out the basket and check if it is done. Then methi kofta is ready to serve……………
  3. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and red chilli flakes. Hot..methi kofta is Ready to Serve with kasundi or tomato sauce
