  1. Wash and soak chikpeas whole night. Take 1 cup soak chickpeas and pressure cook for 6 whistles. Once it is done. Cool it and take out the lid. Grind the chickpeas with green chilly and ginger coarsely.
  2. Once it is done. Transfer to a bowl. Add cornflour, besan. boiled potatoes, red chilly powder, cumin powder, chopped green chilly, few chopped coriander leaves, baking soda, oil and salt. Mix….well and knead a smooth dough.
  3. From the dough mixture. Take a small sized ball and make a cutlet shape in the center keep one raisins. Repeat the same procedure.
  4. Preheat Air fryer 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Apply oil on the basket. Arrange the cutlet in basket and bake for 10 minutes. Once it is done.
