- Prepartion to made : first soak the Chana daal overnight and keep aside. Then roast the peanuts peel and make powder.Third step is to roast the rice flour on slow flame and keep aside. Cook the onions well with ginger garlic paste and salt and keep aside.
- Now mix Chana daal with jeera hing,curry patta, salt, red chilli in a mixi jar into coarse paste. Now add the peanut powder and rice flour and onions to it and mix well.
- Pre heat air fryer to 8 mins at 180 degrees. Now make Wada and put it into the air fryer for 10 mins or till it turns crispy. Serve with chutney or sauce.
