- Moong aur chana ko mixi mein pees le (without water) ab ek mixing bowl mein nikal kar sabhi masale daal kar mix karein aur tikki ka shape de aur bread crumbs mein lappet kar tava per olive oil mein kurkure hone tak sek le. tikki ready hai
- Ab tomato stuffing ke sabhi ingredients ko mix karke scooped tomato mein bhar le ab isko grill kar le aapka smoky stuff tomato bhi ready hai Ab apne sizzler plate ko gas per khoob garam karein fir plating karne ke liye sizzler plate mein thoda butter dale aur cabbage leaf ko bichaye aur fingerchips,boiled sprouts,kheera,boiled carrot,boiled beans, tikki, roasted paneer cubes mein salt pepper sprinkle karke arrange kijiye and smoky stuff tomato ko picture ki trah sajaye.
