  1. Cut the ladies finger. Chop the tomatoes same size
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Add asfoitida, garlic paste and turmeric. Now add ladies finger. Let it cook for some time on low flame.
  3. Once ladies finger started to get crispy, add salt and let it cook for some time. Now add all masalas and tomatoes. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. It's ready. Serve with Bhakhari or Roti.
