  5. Now make small balls out of the Puran mixture. Take a medium size ball from the dough, roll it to make a flat. Place the mixture in the centre and join all the edges. Sprinkle some flour on rolling board and start rolling.
  6. On heated rava, add ghee and place the rolled poli. Cook it well. Turn it upside and add more ghee. More the ghee, better the taste. Serve it hot
