  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and then pressure cook with little salt.
  2. At first make the tahini paste.For this dry-grind the sesame seeds till completely ground. Now again grind it with 1 tablespoon of oil to get a smooth paste.
  3. Now add the drained chickpeas, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, and 2-3 ice cubes to the sesame paste. if needed add small small amount of water and keep grinding till get a smooth paste, add more water if needed.
  4. Garnish with red chili powder and other herbs or coriander leaves etc with olive oil on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy it with pita bread, Falafel, pav, chips etc.
