  23. Take 2-3 tbsp Jaggery -
  24. Take 1/2 tsp Black salt -

Instructions to make Crispy Pani puri Recipe:
  1. Take a bowl and add suji,maida,salt,soda & oil mix all ingredients & make a semi soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough and cover it with a damp cloth and keep it for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan and add oil,salt and haldi. Now add chole mix well. And add aloo.now add ¼ cup water and mix & mashed 2 min.
  4. Take a jar and add 1 cup corriande,pudhina, lemon juice & chilli and grind.and add 2 cup water.
  5. Now filter it
  6. Soak tamarind in 1 cup of hot water and after a while, mash it and filter it. Now add jaggery,jeera powder,chilli & salt.
  7. After 15 min set the dough. Make 4 equal size balls.
  8. Roll it to thin roti & cut the puri.
  9. Heat the oil and fry puri on medium flame.
  10. Serve pani puri with thikha pani, metha pani, Chole aloo & chopped onion.
