- Prepare 1/2 cup corn starch
- Prepare 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- Prepare 1 cup bread crums for recipe
- Get 2 cup bread crums for coating
- Prepare 1 cup corn flakes for coating
- Get Oil for frying
Steps to make Crunchy crispy veg sticks:
- Cut and prepare vegs
- Heat the pan add butter and cumin seeds and garlic chopped green chillies here i use fresh green garlic
- Now add onion peas corn and carrot one by one and saute them for 2 or 3 min
- Now add dry ingredients and cook for 2 min
- Now add mashed potatoes and mix it nicely and then add paneer
- After that add bread crumbs and mix it
- When it looks firm then take out from pan and let it cool then spread a cling wrape and put mixture into it and flaten and cover it with cling and put it into freezer for 1 hour
- After 1 hour it becomes firm and ready to cut into strips
- Take a bowl add corn flour and plain flour and water to make thin better
- Now add bread crumbs and corn flakes and coate the veg stripe first into better then crumbs do this twice
- Now heat oil on medium flame and fry it and enjoy with sauce you like
- Note i made 24 strips from above quantity so 6-8 people easily served
