- Turn out on board and cool the cake.
- Unmould the cake.
- Slit the cake horizontally into two parts and sprinkle sugar syrup. Cool the sugar syrup before using.
- Place 1/2 of the cream well on the lower part and add chopped cherries or strawberries
- Spread the cream and fruits evenly.
- Place the top part and apply remaining fresh cream.
- Decorate the cake with Cherries and grated chocolate and pipe a border using cream.
