  7. Make ready 1 tsp Baking Soda powder-
  8. Take 1 tsp Mango powder(aamchur powder)-
  9. Make ready as needed Oil

Steps to make Soybean Paratha Recipe:
    1. First soaked soybean in water for 15 minutes until become soft or boil soybean in hot water for quick softness.
    1. Then grind the soybean in grinder
    1. Then in a pan add 2 spoon oil and add green chilli if you like little spicy and then add - soybean paste, let it fry for 2 minutes
    1. Then add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder and let it stir for a while. After that turn off the flame and add 1 tsp mango powder. Then mix - it all and it's ready for stuffing
    1. To make a dough, take 1 cup wheat flour then add 1 tsp baking soda powder, 1 tsp ajwain, salt as needed and 2 tsp oil. Then mix it all - and add water and make a dough.
    1. Then make a small balls from dough and press between those balls and make a space to fill the soybean stuffing
    1. Next step then make a roll from those stuffing balls and make a roll in a round - shape.
    1. last step, add 1 tsp oil in a pan and let it heat, once become heat then place a round shape dough into it and let it cook. Again flip it and - add oil in the sides of dough( We called round - dough in Indian is paratha) and cook it until - change it's colour.
