  6. Take 2 green chillies slit
  7. Make ready 5-6 curry leaves
  8. Make ready 1 tsp grated ginger

  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
  12. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. Take 1 tsp chole masala (this will give a twist to your recipe)
  14. Get 1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
  15. Take to taste salt
  16. Make ready 1 cup water
  17. Prepare fresh coriander chopped for garnishing
Instructions to make Kaddu chane ki sabji:
  1. Dice pumpkin and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves green chillies and grated ginger in it. Sautee it for a minute.
  3. Now add kasuri meethi, pumpkin and chane to it. Mix it well.
  4. Time to add our dry spices. Starting with turmeric, coriander powder then chana masala garam masala amchur and salt.
  5. Mix everything well and sautee it for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now cover it with lid and allow it to cook. It will take near about 15 minutes to cook. After 15 mins remove the lid and check if pumpkin is cooked completely. If yes then give it a nice mix
