Steps to make Aloo Matar Paratha Recipe:
  1. For making the dough- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, ajwain, onion seeds and oil. Mix it properly add water as needed and make a smooth dough. Rest for five minutes.
  2. For stuffing. Heat oil in kadhai. When the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds let it crackle. Add mashed potato, mashed green peas, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, mango powder, hing, green chilli, garlic and ginger paste, garam masala, chopped fresh coriander leaves. Saute it for five minutes. Keep aside. Cool it. From the dough take a small bowl. Roll it like a chapati. Place the stuffing. Fold it and close the edges properly.
  3. Roll it carefully so that the stuffing will not come out.
  4. Heat tawa. When the tawa is hot. Place the paratha. Slow the flame cook the paratha both the sides. Drizzle oil on the paratha. Flip with spatula. Once it is done.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder. Ready to serve with tomato sauce.
