- Take 2 cups wheat flour
- Take 2 tbsp oil
- Take to taste salt
- Make ready as needed water to knead the dough
- Make ready 1 sized cauliflower
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get pinch turmeric powder
- Get to taste salt
- Prepare leaves chopped coriander
- Get as needed chopped green chillies
- Prepare as needed oil or ghee for frying paratha
Steps to make Gobi paratha recipe:
- Combine flour salt and water knead into soft dough apply 2 tbsp oil and knead again till smooth dough is formed set the dough aside for 30 minutes
- Heat a tbsp oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds and carrom seeds once they splutter add gobhi florets mix well
- Add salt red chilli powder coriander powder mix well cover and simmer till gobhi is cooked well open anrd mix in between
- Once gobhi is tender mash it well like we mash for pav bhaji then add chopped coriander mint leaves mix well and cook on high heat till moisture evaporates completely
- Set filling aside let it cool completely meanwhile make medium sized balls of the dough

- Apply dry flour and roll the paratha into medium thickness fry on tawa applying ghee or oil on both the sides once roasted well and crisp remove them
- Serve with tomato ketchup chutney pickle or curd…take care jazak allah khair
