- Heat a heavy base kdai. Put some oil.Heat oil,then put methi Dana and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves also.On other side,chop 1 onion.Put in kdai. Saute till it changes colour.
- On other side take curd. Put 50g gram flour and put some water. With the help of hand blender,mix it properly.Make the mixture without bubbles.
- Then put the mixture in kdai.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt as per your taste. Boil it on slow flame around 30-35 min.
- Then for pakora.Chop 2 onions add 100g gram flour.Put some salt,chilli powder, cumin seeds. Make a fine paste.Make small pakoras and deep fry it.
- Till that time our kadi is ready. Put the kasuri methi. Boil for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Then put pakoras in it. Our kadi pakora is ready
