- Whisk together the milk and eggs in a large shallow dish. Whisk the sugar with the cinnamon in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add 1/2 tablespoon butter and swirl to coat the pan. Dip 2 slices of bread into the egg mixture and place in the skillet.
