- Then onion and garlic paste add Kar ke itna bhunen ke kachy pan ki smell khtm hojae, aur oil masaly sy alag hojae.
- Besan ko chan lijye, dahi ko phent lijye, phr phenti Hui dahi mein besan add Kar achi trhan mix kijye sth hai Pani b add ke Lein, taky besan aur Dahi achi trhan mix hojae
- Dahi aur besan mix Kua hua bhunen huy masaly Mein add kijye, spoon chalty jaen, aur 3 litter water Kar ke mix kar lijye, aur tez anch py boil hony tak pkaen
- Boil any lgy to flame slow Kar ke karhi ko pakny ke lie rakh dein, aur bich bich Mein chalaty rahen, jab karhi Pak Pak ke garhi hojae to chulhy Sy bta dein.
- Besan ko 2 hours pehly sy, sada phent ke rakh lijye
- Karhi ready hojae to phenty huy besan Mein chopped onions, sabit dhaniya crushed, zeera, salt, red chilli flex, baking soda, add Kar ke mix kar lijye
- Ab oil garam Kar ke pakorhy fry Kar lijye
- Karhi Mein pakrhoy dal ke cover kar ke rakhen.
- Last mein baghar ke oil garam kijye, oil garam hojae to us Mein zeera, red Gol paper aur onion add kijye, onion light brown hojaen to karhi patty add Kar ke baghyr ready kar lein,
