  4. Heat the pan over low-medium heat and grease the pan with butter. Use 1/4 cup to make each pancake for consistent size.
  5. When the underside is golden and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, flip with spatula and cook until golden.
  6. Serve with honey, maple syrup, fruit, ice-cream or frozen yogurt.
