- Pour water just enough ti make a thick but free flowing batter.Heat oil in a deep kadia on a med heat.when the oil is hot enough dip each paneer piece in the batter swipe off the excess dripping batter.Gently slide to the hot oil.you can use your fingers or tsp to do this.
- Do not disturb them for about 1 min.stir and fry them till golden
- Pakore are ready
- Hear oil in a kadia and add garlic, capsicum,oinon
- Add salt,chilli powder,
- Add sauces
- Mix Well and cook for 2 mins. Now add paneer pakore and cook for 3/4 mins
