- Now heat oil in a pan for preparing pakora
- Add 1 ts of hot oil in pakora mixture and mix
- Now add small portion of mixture in hot oil with spoon, cook from both sides
- When done put fritters (pakory) in karhi, spread coriander leaves and cover with lid for 10-15 mints.
- You will feel the good aroma, flavor and taste… Enjoy with boiled rice, naan or makai ki roti
