  1. Take lassi in one bowl,add besan,all dry masalas and blend
  2. Blend nicely so no lumps formed,
  3. In pan or kadai add oil,jira,corinder,methi Dana,and hig,green chillies cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. Then add lassi,besan mixture in pan give one boil to kadai and add water if it starts getting thick
  5. Cook for at least 20 to 25 minutes in medium flame and add water if required
  6. For pakora add besan,onions and all dry masalas and water and prepare pakora of it as pakora is ready add in kadai
  7. For Tadka take ghee,jira and red chilli pow and spread this Tadka on kadai your punjabi kadai pakora is ready to serve
