  2. Cut potatoes slices and fries and dip into water.
  3. Wash spinach with fresh water and dip into same water.
  4. Heat the oil at medium flame and fry potatoes and spinach into the gram flour batter and fry into oil.
  5. Fry them all separately. At last fry the potatoes sliced / fries.
  6. For Mint yogurt. Add in mixer the coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt and Garlic clove.
  7. Then add into yogurt. Mix well and serve with 3 types of Pakoras.
