- Take out the cooked bacon bites and drain half of the grease in the pan.
- Use the rest of grease to cook eggs on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add bacon, rice & garlic mixture and salt to the pan.
- Stir fry the rice for 3 minutes or until all ingredients are well mixed together with the rice.
