Instructions to make Idli Chutney:
- Soak rice and dal for 5-6 hrs.Then grind and keep in warm place for 3 hrs. Add salt and mix well
- Grease idli mould and spoon the batter in each mould and steam for 10 minutes. Cool and Remove idlis from the mould.
- Mix all the ingredients of the Chutney in grinder and grind the Chutney with little water.
- For the tadka heat little oil in small pan. Add rai, curry leaves and pour the warm tadka over the Chutney. Add salt and mix well.
- Serve Idli with coconut Chutney.
